My daughter and I had quite a time getting to Fuentes Georginas. We rode the chicken bus from Xela, took a taxi to the foot of the hill that would take us to the hot springs. But the road was closed. We hiked about half a mile, then rode in the back of a truck passing many farms on steep hills the final miles to our destination. It was worth it. Las Fuentes Georginas is about 140 miles from Guatemala City and five miles from the town of Zunil.
